How to play encrypted DVDs on Fedora 22

First become root:

su -

Then execute these 7 commands:

dnf install dh-autoreconf
git clone git://git.videolan.org/libdvdcss
cd libdvdcss/
autoreconf -i
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install
